Dr. Aziz has introduced a new course on advanced memory design for graduate and senior undergraduate students in EECS. This course will discuss the prominent variants of memory devices, circuits, and array architecture. In addition, we will learn about the physical phenomena that enable us to store binary information and the techniques we use to sense/read them at will.
